I’m Niles and I’m the Director of Supervision for Salem Counseling & Consulting. I am in charge of supervising LCMHCA’s and therapy interns. I went to school at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR and have been practicing in the mental health field since 2012. I have been fully licensed since 2020 and supervising since 2021. 

I practice from an anti-racist, anti-oppressive lens. I believe heavily in social justice and advocacy for clients and therapists. For therapy, I practice modalities such as EMDR, NARM, and IFS/parts work. I am trauma-informed and specialize in the LGBTQIA+ community. For supervision, I use Reflective Supervision which is a modality that helps the therapist explore their own style and countertransference in a nonjudgmental way so we can stay authentic and human in the therapeutic space. 

I am passionate about offering space and consultation for anyone in need. I offer training on gender-affirming letters, ADHD/Autism assessments, LGBTQIA+ concerns, complex trauma, dissociation, and much more. Please reach out to me if you’re interested in consultation or supervision.
