I’m Anna Brand, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from East Carolina University, where I completed Graduate Certificates in Military and Civilian Trauma Studies, Rehabilitation Studies and Substance Abuse Counseling.
I provide telehealth services to individuals and couples ages 15+. I’m LGBTQIA+ affirming, and diversity welcoming. I respect individuals from all backgrounds and understand the importance of being culturally competent. I use a person-centered treatment perspective but take cues on what the clients’ needs are to adjust.
I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can safely explore their experiences to deepen self-awareness and move toward healing. I view therapy as a partnership and together we will build on your strengths, navigate challenges and work toward a greater well-being.
